We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our critical global business units. This is a high-impact, strategic role that works closely with Business Unit Heads and senior global leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and long-term capability building.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR qualified with experience partnering with global stakeholders (preferably across the UK, US, or other international markets). You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives, leadership development, and organizational transformation. This role requires someone who operates as a true business partner—not just an HR representative.
Must have experience working with a US staffing company
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit Heads and senior leadership, influencing key decisions related to people strategy, organizational structure, and leadership capability.
- Partner with global and regional leaders across the UK, US, and other international markets on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with global business leaders to drive consistency in people processes and HR best practices across regions.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives to support organizational growth and transformation.
Talent Management
- Partner with business leaders to conduct talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.
- Lead performance management, talent assessments, succession planning, and annual compensation planning for assigned business units.
- Provide strategic guidance on promotions, incentives,
and compensation decisions in collaboration with Finance and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Identify and develop high-potential talent while strengthening leadership capability across the organization.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and DEI) to successfully implement enterprise HR programs.
- Anticipate organizational and people-related risks, proactively recommending solutions and corrective actions in partnership with business leaders.
- Support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and workforce transformation programs.
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective change management and leadership coaching.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Champion an exceptional employee experience across geographically distributed and multicultural teams.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
- Partner with business leaders to improve employee engagement, strengthen organizational culture, and foster trust and transparency.
- Analyze engagement trends and recommend actionable initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience partnering with senior global stakeholders in a matrixed or multi-region organization.
- Exposure to supporting business leaders across the UK, US, or other international markets is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
