Job Summary

ETOS Technology is looking for a Stores & ERP Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage store operations, material receipt and issue, inventory records, stock movement, ERP entries, and related documentation. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth day-to-day stores operations.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Practical knowledge or training in Stores Management, Inventory Control, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day stores operations, including material receipt, storage, issue, and stock movement.
- Receive and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and arrangement of materials in the stores.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of material inward, outward, returns, and stock transfers.
- Update all inventory and material transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the concerned teams regarding material requirements and shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences with ERP records.
- Maintain records of GRN, material issue slips,



stock registers, delivery challans, and other stores-related documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams for smooth material movement and inventory control.
- Follow proper inventory control procedures and support the implementation of FIFO and other applicable stock management practices.
- Prepare basic inventory, stock, and material movement reports using ERP and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization within the stores area.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of Stores and Inventory Management.
- Basic understanding of material receipt, material issue, stock control, and inventory movement.
- Knowledge of ERP-based inventory and stores transactions.
- Understanding of GRN, Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, Material Issue, and related stores documentation.
- Basic knowledge of stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining and updating inventory records.
- Valuable communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in stores operations, inventory management, material handling, stock verification, and ERP systems will be preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Hindi is optional but will be an added advantage.
