1. Store Operations & Material Receipt

Manage material receipt, verification, identification, storage and documentation for local and imported materials 2. Inventory & Stock Control

Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counting, reconciliation, FIFO and control of excess, slow and non-moving stock.

3. Material Traceability & MOOWR

Maintain proper identification, accounting, segregation and traceability of materials received under MOOWR. Support reconciliation, records and audits.

4. Production Material & Kitting

Issue materials and prepare production kits as per BOM, Batch card and production requirements.

Issue accuracy / kit readiness

5. FG & Customer Dispatch

Manage FG receipt, storage, picking and on-time customer dispatches.

6. ERP & Documentation

Ensure accurate ERP transactions and maintain all stores records and documents.

7. Team, 5S & Safety Management

Manage store personnel and maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety and proper material handling.

8. Process Improvement & Coordination

Drive store improvements and coordinate with SCM, Purchase, QA, Production, Planning and Logistics.
