Role & responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customers and deliver excellent shopping experiences.
- Manage daily store operations and team coordination.
- Maintain product displays, stock arrangement and store standards.
- Monitor sales, stock and daily reports.
- Implement company schemes and operational guidelines.
- Take ownership of overall store performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and responsible.
- Positive team-handling and leadership skills.
- Retail/fashion industry experience will be preferred.
