About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing and developing the store team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining company standards.

Key Responsibilities

 Achieve and exceed store sales and revenue targets.

 Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

 Supervise, motivate, and develop the store team to maximize productivity.

 Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training for team members.

 Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

 Track local competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

 Gather and analyse customer and staff feedback and take appropriate corrective actions.

 Ensure effective implementation of company sales,



merchandising, and visual standards.

 Maintain proper inventory, stock accuracy, and store discipline.

 Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and compliance requirements.

 Drive a strong customer-centric culture and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales, operations, and customer service.

Education & Experience

 Graduate in any discipline; Retail/Fashion Management qualification will be an added advantage.

 5+ years of experience in retail store operations, preferably in Apparel, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail.

 Candidates with experience in EBO/Brand Retail will be preferred.
