- Ensure all factors affecting shrinkage cost, manpower cost, electricity cost are managed within the budget.

- Compliant Management, Magic Moments, Customer Interaction Training, FAQ Handling, Improving FA Sensitivity to handle customer

- Adherence to MPM standards, DM Walk, FA Product Knowledge, In-Store Training,

- Achieve excellence in retail experience through making sure audit parameter are well followed in stores, Store Walk, Cash Desk Management, Daksh, FA Evaluation, Performance Management





- Ensure implementations and operations as per SOP. Major focus Warehouse, Fire Safety, Preventive Maintenance, Back office and other sensitive areas. Ensure complete statutory compliance [Licenses / Acts]

- Engagement Events, Saturday Meeting, Developing pool for i-PEARL, ABCRE & In-Store Training Calendar Adherence, Exit Interview & Action
