Vihaan Boutique is a premium fashion boutique specializing in bridal blouses, customized outfits, lehengas, gowns, party wear, and designer occasion wear. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our showroom team and ensure excellent customer service, sales performance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the boutique.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customers professionally and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Manage bridal and high-value customers from enquiry to order and delivery.
- Coordinate with designers, stitching units, alteration teams, and management.
- Monitor customer enquiries, follow-ups, trials, fittings, and deliveries.
- Ensure orders are completed and delivered within the committed timeline.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Monitor stock, product movement, displays, and showroom presentation.
- Ensure proper billing, order documentation, and daily sales reporting.
- Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, enquiries, pending orders, and store performance.
- Support management in implementing promotional and sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in a fashion boutique, bridal store, apparel, or premium retail environment.
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Target-oriented and capable of driving sales conversions.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
- Knowledge of fashion, fabrics, bridal wear, and styling will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and time-sensitive orders efficiently.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and capability
