Job Summary The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership of the jewellery showroom. The role requires driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a superior customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of all store activities.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profitability objectives.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability to prevent shortages and excess stock.

- Oversee showroom merchandising, product display, and visual presentation standards.

- Ensure accuracy in billing, cash handling, gold transactions, and daily store reconciliations.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.

- Implement promotional campaigns, festive offers, and marketing initiatives to enhance sales.

- Ensure compliance with operational, statutory, security,



and audit requirements.

- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and regional teams for seamless store operations.

- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to improve business performance.
