Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai - Ballard Pier Estate, FIRST FLAGSHIP STORE IN INDIA, will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning. This includes supervising store staff, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards that reflect French Provençal heritage.

The role involves driving sales performance, implementing promotional activities,



and tracking key metrics to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

The Store

Manager will handle customer escalations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and enforce retail loss prevention procedures. This position also requires coordinating with regional and corporate teams, maintaining store compliance with company policies, and supporting training and development of store team members.

Qualifications

- Strong store management and retail operations skills, including Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers and team members.
- Experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, or personal care segments.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Competence in basic retail analytics, POS systems, inventory management, and reporting.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in store leadership roles is highly valued.
