Store Manager – Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.

- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.

- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.

- Ensure proper display, pricing, and merchandising of products.

- Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.

- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock receiving and dispatch.

- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and staff attendance.

- Implement promotional activities to increase sales.

- Ensure excellent customer service and overall store performance.

Pay: ₹12,141.68 - ₹42,050.85 per month
