We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the overall operations of the store, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the store team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail operations, sales, team management, inventory control, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive store sales and revenue in line with business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales and support team.
- Allocate targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, merchandising, and other internal teams.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Maintain store hygiene, discipline, safety, and operational standards.
