Senior Store Keeper / Store Executive to manage our store operations, inventory systems, andmaterial flow while supporting efficient production and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of rawmaterials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation through ERP systems.

Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams fortimely material availability.

Ensure accurate ERP transactions, including Goods Receipt (GRN), material issues, stock transfers,and inventory adjustments.

Maintain all store-related documentation, including GRNs, delivery challans, stock registers, invoices,and material movement records.

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and minimize inventory discrepancies and materiallosses.

Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth materialflow.

Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices, 5S, safety standards, and company store procedures.

Develop and improve store processes, inventory controls, and documentation systems to enhanceoperational efficiency.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and MIS for management review.

Support internal, external,



and statutory audits by maintaining complete and accuratedocumentation.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

5–10 years of experience in Store, Inventory, or Warehouse Management withinmanufacturing industries (plastic, packaging, or related sectors preferred).

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, BusinessAdministration, or a related discipline.

Technical Expertise

Inventory Management, ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, orsimilar), Warehouse Operations, and Supply Chain Coordination.

Skills

Strong analytical ability, inventory planning, documentation management, and processimprovement.

Computer Proficiency

Excellent knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, MS Word, and inventoryreporting.

Leadership

Ability to lead store operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensureprocess discipline and inventory accuracy.
