Job Title: Store In-Charge

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the raw material, packing material, and finished goods stores.
- Receive materials and verify quantity, batch number, expiry date, and documents against purchase orders/invoices.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for nutraceutical raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO systems, especially for materials with expiry dates.
- Maintain stock registers, ERP/software records, GRN, issue slips, and other inventory documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and Dispatch departments.
- Issue raw and packing materials to production according to authorized requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare material shortage/reorder reports.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and traceability of materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety,



pest-control requirements, and proper housekeeping.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure materials are stored according to company SOPs and applicable GMP requirements.
- Supervise Store Executives/helpers and allocate daily work.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations, preferably in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, inventory management, FEFO/FIFO, ERP, and documentation is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
