Role Description The Store Head (Head Office) is a full-time, on-site role based in HEAD OFFICE Kolhapur, responsible for overseeing all store and inventory operations at the head office. This role includes managing stock levels, verifying incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with project and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.

The Store

Head will supervise store staff, implement standard operating procedures, and monitor adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. Daily tasks involve reviewing material requests, resolving discrepancies, optimizing storage space, and preparing regular reports for management.



The role also includes training team members, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement in store processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and management, and to provide clear updates on store operations.
- Candidates should demonstrate Customer Service and Retail Sales skills to effectively support internal stakeholders, handle queries, and ensure smooth material issuance and returns.
- Candidates should have solid Organization Skills to manage inventory, documentation, and multiple concurrent requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

- Relevant experience in store management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
