Role Description This is a full-time, in office Steward role based in Gurugram. The Steward will support daily food and beverage operations, including setting up service areas, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service zones.

Responsibilities include assisting with food service, clearing tables, handling basic stock and inventory tasks, and ensuring that guests receive courteous and efficient support. The role involves close collaboration with kitchen and service teams, adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines,



and participation in ongoing training to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including a service-oriented attitude and responsiveness to guest needs.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge relevant to basic service standards, menu understanding, and handling of service equipment.
- Candidates should possess Food Service skills, including table setting, clearing, and maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and apply Training related to hospitality standards, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hotels, clubs, or luxury residential food service; ability to stand for extended periods; attention to detail; and reliability in following schedules and procedures.
