Manage statutory and labor law compliance, attendance administration, employee reimbursements, advantages operations, and HR process improvement initiatives while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Labour Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across locations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory filings and remittances.
- Maintain statutory records, licenses, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, authorities, and internal stakeholders for compliance activities and audits.
- Prepare compliance MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
Attendance Management
- Oversee attendance processing and payroll inputs.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and shifts.
- Generate attendance and leave analytics reports.
- Ensure adherence to attendance policies and controls.
Intern Stipend & Employee Pay-outs
- Coordinate and validate stipend and other employee-related payments.
- Maintain payout records and MIS.
Reimbursements & Benefits Administration
- Review and approve reimbursement claims as per company policy.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including vendor coordination and payments.
- Maintain records and reporting for benefits and reimbursements.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support HR systems, policy implementation, and compliance projects.
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of assigned initiatives.

Job Requirements :
- 8-12years of experience in Statutory Compliance Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, particularly PF and Shop Establishment Act.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and develop practical solutions.
