DigiMoney Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Head – Secured Lending to lead our sales business and drive growth across our Loan Against Property (LAP) and Housing Loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Build and manage DSA, Builder, Broker, and Connector channels.
- Drive branch expansion and market penetration.
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance and ethical sourcing.
- Monitor business performance through MIS and analytics.
- Support product strategy and business expansion.

Preferred Candidate

- 15+ years of experience in NBFC/Housing Finance.
- Solid expertise in LAP and Housing Loans.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, channel management, and branch expansion.
