Role Description The State Lead (UP) and Project Supervisor (UK) - [Onsite] will be responsible for overseeing field projects and program activities within Barabanki - UP, and Nainital and Haridwar - UK. The role includes coordinating with local communities, government stakeholders, and partner organizations to plan and implement socio-economic and ecological development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project progress, guiding field teams, collecting and validating data, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and timelines.

The individual will also support capacity-building activities, facilitate community meetings and trainings, and contribute to documentation and learning for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications

- Solid project coordination and field supervision abilities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Community engagement and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to work respectfully with diverse groups.
- Competence in data collection, basic analysis, and documentation for development projects.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear writing and presentation abilities.
- Experience in socio-economic development, community-based projects, or environmental initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Education Background in social sciences, development studies, environmental studies, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, inclusivity, and non-discriminatory practices.
