- Develop and execute strategies for expanding the company's presence in rural areas, focusing on underserved communities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement current products and services that meet the needs of low-income customers.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

- 10-20 years of experience in finance or related field, preferably in banking sales or financial inclusion initiatives.

- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.

- Strong understanding of FinTech sales principles and ability to leverage technology-based platforms for growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
