Role Description

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suited to experienced software professionals with strong expertise in software architecture, backend or full-stack development, scalable systems, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, distributed applications, system integration, and modern engineering practices.

The Staff Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design reliable software platforms, solve complex technical problems, improve application architecture, support engineering standards, and build scalable digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, backend and frontend frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed systems, cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, enterprise applications, and system integrations depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, backend engineering, full-stack development, platform engineering, application development, cloud engineering, system design, or related technology roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates currently working as Staff Software Engineer,



Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Platform Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Software Architect are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from SaaS, product companies, IT services, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Strong programming knowledge in one or more languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, debugging, clean coding practices, and software-development fundamentals.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript will be beneficial for full-stack candidates.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, authorization, API design, and system integration.
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, availability, reliability, performance, maintainability, and distributed-system concepts.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, service-oriented architecture, or cloud-native systems will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, and collaborative engineering workflows.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, API testing, automated testing,



or test-driven development will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, or cloud-native application development will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar software-delivery technologies will be beneficial.
- Understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, monitoring, logging, observability, performance optimization, and production-support concepts.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, messaging platforms, or event-driven systems will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, identity management, secure coding, or application-security practices will be beneficial.
- Ability to review technical designs, improve software architecture, contribute to engineering standards, and promote development best practices.
- Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, resolving complex technical issues, or providing technical guidance will be advantageous.
- Ability to work across multiple applications, systems, integrations, and technical teams.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, ERP, CRM, business intelligence, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Strong analytical, architectural, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, technical documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Candidates with experience building production applications, enterprise systems, SaaS products, scalable platforms, APIs, or complex software solutions are encouraged to apply.
