Role Description The Staff Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to individuals across a range of mental health conditions in an in office setting located in Noida. This full-time role includes conducting detailed clinical evaluations, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and prescribing and managing psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines. The psychiatrist will collaborate closely with psychologists, social workers, therapists, and other clinical team members to deliver integrated care, including individual, group, and family interventions where appropriate.





Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating clinical documentation, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and contributing to psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery-oriented programs. The role also involves supporting mental health education initiatives, engaging with families and caregivers, and upholding ethical, person-centered care that aligns with Tulasi Healthcare’s mission and clinical protocols.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with the ability to perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and manage complex cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health, including treatment planning, psychopharmacology, and evidence-based interventions.
- Experience or interest in Adolescent Psychiatry and adult psychiatry, with skills in working across diverse age groups and presentations.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (MD/DNB or equivalent), with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication, clinical documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and non-discriminatory care, with sensitivity to cultural and social contexts.
- Prior experience in inpatient or rehabilitation mental health settings is preferred; exposure to addiction psychiatry or community psychiatry is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in clinical teaching, supervision, and quality improvement or research initiatives within the organization.
