Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required
Job responsibilities
- Attend the patient's requirements with a smiling face and do the needful.
- Assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients.
- Take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift
- Fulfill all basic needs
- Taking care of and preparing medical records
