Position: Staff Nurse

Reporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Nursing Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, administer medications, and ensure the smooth functioning of the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and progress.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Maintain proper handling of nursing equipment and medical supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors,



nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient care.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and general care.
- Follow hospital rules, nursing protocols, and professional ethics.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule Full time position with rotational shifts, as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
