Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of a senior nurse or physician. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering nursing care, and evaluating outcomes. The role requires a compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and adherence to healthcare standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

- Auxilary Nurse M idwife (ANM)
- Genarl Nursing and Midwife (GNM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established nursing protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions to physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results as needed.




- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and home care.
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Participate in training and professional development as required.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and perform first aid or CPR as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
