Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and protected nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control and hygiene practices.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care.
- Maintain and handle nursing equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow hospital protocols, nursing standards, and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle emergency situations.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
- Prior hospital experience will be an added advantage.
