Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate MICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. The candidate should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced ICU environment and collaborating with doctors and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions closely.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Operate and monitor ICU equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Previous MICU/ICU experience preferred.
- Freshers with relevant clinical training may also apply.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
