Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable SSC / RRB Trainers to train and mentor aspirants preparing for SSC CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD, RRB NTPC, Group D, ALP, Technician, and other competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and exam-oriented SSC/RRB coaching classes.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, and General Science.
- Explain concepts, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques clearly.
- Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students improve their speed, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Stay updated with the latest SSC/RRB syllabus, exam patterns, and notifications.

Eligibility




- Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of SSC/RRB competitive exam subjects.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous SSC/RRB teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
