What youll be doing

We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, mobile-first web applications with high performance across devices and browsers.
- Build reusable, well-tested UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Translate Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, mobile-optimized interfaces.
- Optimize page load speed, rendering performance, and Core Web Vitals for mobile users.
- Implement responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and contemporary styling approaches such as Flexbox, Grid, and Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers,



and backend engineers to ship features end-to-end.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility through rigorous testing.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

What you’ll need Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers.

- 4+ years of experience building mobile-first, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST-based applications.
- Experience with mobile web performance optimization — lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with responsive design frameworks/tools such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or CSS Grid/Flexbox.
- Strong familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile browser quirks (iOS Safari, Chrome Mobile, etc.).
- Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards and SEO-friendly markup.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build and package tools such as Webpack, Vite, NPM, or Gulp. Bonus: experience with PWAs or touch/gesture-based interactions.
