Role In The Organization

Amura is looking for a Senior Web Developer – Frontend who is passionate about building high-quality, visually engaging, and performance-driven web experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive development, animations, and modern frontend technologies, with the ability to convert creative designs into pixel-perfect, interactive websites.

You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, project managers, and clients to deliver scalable and engaging digital experiences. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables, problem-solving ability, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the frontend development of responsive, interactive, and visually engaging websites and web applications.
- Translate Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and other design mockups into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components and code structures.
- Develop complex CSS3, JavaScript, SVG, and HTML5 animations to create engaging user experiences.
- Implement advanced interactions, transitions, micro-animations, and motion effects based on design requirements.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive and cross-browser compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to understand designs, identify implementation challenges, and suggest technically feasible solutions.
- Collaborate with backend developers and other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of frontend components with APIs and web services.
- Review code for quality, performance, maintainability, and adherence to frontend development standards.
- Identify and resolve UI, cross-browser, responsiveness, and performance-related issues.




- Optimize websites for page speed, rendering performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Conduct performance debugging, benchmarking, and frontend optimization wherever required.
- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, libraries, and development practices.
- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, code reviews, and project discussions.
- Take ownership of frontend deliverables and ensure timely completion as per project requirements and client feedback.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior frontend developers.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex frontend development issues.
- Ensure consistency in design implementation and user experience across different pages and platforms.
- Support the team in evaluating new technologies, tools, libraries, and approaches for web development.
- Train and guide users/colleagues on relevant web technologies and applications when required.

Skills Required

- 2.5 - 5 years of professional experience in frontend/web development.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, SASS/SCSS, Bootstrap, and Responsive Web Design.
- Robust command of modern CSS concepts including Flexbox, Grid, positioning, transitions, transforms, and responsive layouts.
- Strong experience in developing pixel-perfect websites from Figma/Photoshop/Adobe XD designs.
- Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web development.
- Robust knowledge of SVG and HTML5/CSS3 animations.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based interactions and frontend development.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, including page load, rendering, asset optimization, and browser performance.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Good understanding of frontend debugging and browser developer tools.




- Strong attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment and deliver within tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently handle frontend development tasks from design handoff to final implementation.

Good To Have / Additional Skills

- Experience with animation libraries such as:
- GSAP (GreenSock)
- Anime.js
- PixiJS
- CreateJS

- Strong experience with SVG animations and Canvas animations.
- Experience with 3D web animations and libraries such as Three.js.
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks such as:

- React.js / Next.js
- Vue.js / Nuxt.js
- Three.js

- Experience working with WebGL or interactive 3D experiences.
- Understanding of animation principles, motion design, and interactive storytelling.
- Experience with Git/version control systems.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and development workflows.
- Experience working with CMS platforms or API-driven websites will be an added advantage.
