Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation and support of CSM modules, ensuring robust service delivery and platform stability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead technical solution design sessions.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation.
- Design, code, and troubleshoot ServiceNow CSM applications.
- Manage platform and infrastructure for CSM processes.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Work with Service Portal, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS.
- Develop in App Designer and manage scoped applications.
- Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Qualifications
- Total Experience: 5+ yrs.
- Relevant Experience:
3+ yrs in ServiceNow CSM implementation.
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and application development.
- Experienced with UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Workflows, Flow Designers.
- Knowledge of Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Reporting PA.
- Hands-on with scoped apps, App Designer, Glide System, and APIs.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and quality development processes.
- Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal.
