Job Summary

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions including portals, integrations, and reporting.

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer with solid experience in HR modules, integrations, and the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Support and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Agent Workspace, Service Portal, etc.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot HRSD solutions and integrations with customer HR systems.
- Lead effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Handle enhancements, break fixes, configuration, release management, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current with industry trends and advise on optimal solutions.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IS, or Engineering.
- Experience: 7+ yrs total; 5+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow HRSD.




- At least one full-cycle HRSD implementation.
- Strong in Service Portal, integrations, and reporting.
- Skilled in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
- Strong communication, analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills.
