Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain SAP SD module for sales, shipping, billing, and invoicing processes.
- Work with other departments (like MM, PP, Finance, and Warehouse) to ensure smooth SAP integration.
- Understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions – especially for Order-to-Cash processes.
- Handle pricing, customer orders, delivery schedules, and credit checks within SAP.
- Manage and maintain customer and sales data (like pricing, material lists, and customer profiles).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD issues and suggest improvements.
- Provide training to users and create documentation for SAP processes.
- Assist in SAP system upgrades, new plant rollouts, or process enhancements.
- Make sure the system follows internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or similar.




- 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years working specifically with SAP S/4HANA SD.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing sales flows
- Experience in working with other SAP modules (MM, PP, FI).
- Familiarity with EDI, consignment sales, intercompany sales, and third-party orders is a plus.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- SAP SD certification is an added advantage.
- Experience using SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA user interface.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and Agile project methods.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
