We're a growing security & surveillance solutions company (CCTV, access control, attendance systems, POS) looking for a B2B Sales Executive to build our client base across Mohali and nearby business hubs. You'll manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to closed deal — meeting clients, understanding their needs, and offering the right solution.
What You'll Do
- Find and approach new business clients — offices, construction sites, industrial areas, and via LinkedIn/trade contacts
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and share quotes/estimates
- Handle client questions and negotiate to close deals
- Keep leads and deals updated in our CRM daily
- Coordinate with our operations team for order delivery and invoicing
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients face-to-face
- Confident communicator who can pitch and handle objections
- Basic computer skills (Excel,
email, CRM tools)
- 1+ year in field/B2B sales preferred (freshers with strong communication may also apply)
Good to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with GEM portal / government tenders
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
- Prior experience selling security/IT hardware
