Job Title: Sales Executive – Residential Solar Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kanpur. The role involves driving residential solar EPC sales by identifying potential customers, conducting site visits, presenting customized solar solutions, and converting leads into successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, leads, and local networking.
- Conduct site assessments and understand customers’ energy requirements.
- Explain solar system feasibility, benefits, pricing, and expected savings to customers.
- Prepare and present customized proposals to homeowners, builders, and small businesses.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in branding activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the execution team for a smooth post-sales handover.
- Stay updated on solar products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or energy-related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence preferred/required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads effectively.
