We are looking for a results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to support our sales team by preparing accurate project estimates and proposals. You’ll play a key role in securing current projects through technical expertise, client engagement, and cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare technical and commercial proposals for HVAC/MEP projects.
- Perform estimation of equipment, and labor costs based on project requirements and provide technical consultations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project handovers and execution.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements, technical standards, and company policies.
- Track and follow up on submitted bids and sales opportunities.
- Maintain healthy business relationships with clients and contractors via regular visits and telephonic conversations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in estimation and sales preferably in HVAC or MEP.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and technical terms.
- Good communication, documentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Open to travel.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ASHRAE/IS standards.
- Familiarity with costing and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
