? Job Overview:

We are hiring a Performance Marketer to drive measurable business growth through data-driven strategies. The role involves end-to-end ownership of paid campaigns, including optimization, analytics, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to achieve lead generation, conversions, and ROI, while ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.

? Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage the full campaign lifecycle: strategy, targeting, budgeting, bidding, creatives, optimization, and reporting.

Achieve KPIs such as leads, CPL, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.

Monitor performance daily and optimize campaigns for better results.

Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.

Ensure accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, pixels, and analytics tools.

Analyze data via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and generate insights.

Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.





Collaborate with content, design, development, and sales teams.

Identify new growth opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.

Support business growth while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.

? Required Skills & Competencies:

Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Robust analytical and data-driven mindset.

Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

High ownership and accountability.
