About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr Recruiter Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across diverse industries. This role involves leading a small team of recruiters, client interaction, and ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates while maintaining excellent candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

.

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers) for Non-IT roles such as Administration, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pharma, and others.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.





Ensure compliance with US labor laws, work authorizations (GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, US Citizen, etc.), and client requirements.

Utilize ATS systems, job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), and networking channels for candidate sourcing.

Collaborate with the account management team to understand client requirements and prioritize hiring needs.

Train and develop junior recruiters on sourcing strategies, negotiation skills, and US staffing best practices.

Drive process improvements and contribute to achieving overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. (Bachelor's in

Engineering required for Engineering Team).

.

47 years of US Staffing/Recruitment experience with at least 12 years in a lead role handling Non-IT recruitment.

(1-2 Years of recruitment experience for Engineering roles preferred for Engineering Hiring Needs)

Solid understanding of US recruitment processes, visa classifications, and compliance.

Proven track record in achieving hiring targets.

Proficiency in using ATS systems and job portals for sourcing and recruitment.

Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments and in US time zones (night shifts India time).
