Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager IT Infrastructure / NOC Operations to lead and manage enterprise-level Network, NOC, IT Infrastructure and Network Security Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, performance, reliability and operational excellence across the organization's network and security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage NOC, Network, Infrastructure and Network Security Operations.
- Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage and monitor Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, VPN and network connectivity.
- Administer and manage enterprise firewalls including Check Point, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA.
- Monitor network and security infrastructure for incidents, performance issues and potential risks.
- Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
- Drive incident, problem and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
- Manage network outages, escalations and service-impacting issues.
- Ensure effective monitoring, alert management and proactive troubleshooting through NOC operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and service providers for issue resolution and infrastructure projects.
- Implement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules and access controls.
- Conduct RCA for recurring and major incidents and drive corrective/preventive actions.
- Track and improve operational KPIs, SLAs and service availability.
- Prepare and review operational dashboards,



MIS and performance reports for management.
- Lead, mentor and develop the NOC/Network/Infrastructure operations team.
- Ensure compliance with security, IT governance and organizational policies.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning and technology initiatives.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Network Infrastructure and NOC Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Routing & Switching.
- Strong firewall administration experience with:

- Check Point

- Palo Alto

- Cisco ASA
- Experience in LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Network Security and Security Operations.
- Experience in Major Incident Management and ITIL processes.
- Exposure to network monitoring and management tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Strong team leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage high-priority incidents and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, NOC or Network Security Operations.
- Proven experience in a Manager/Sr. Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Solid enterprise-level experience in Network + NOC + Infrastructure + Network Security.
- Candidates with strong hands-on exposure to Check Point, Palo Alto and Cisco ASA will be preferred.
- Strong experience in managing critical incidents, escalations and technical teams.
- Immediate/short notice candidates can be considered based on suitability.
