Senior Product Manager - IZO Multi-Cloud Connect (MCC)

Role Summary

The Senior Product Manager will support the growth and evolution of the IZO MCC portfolio by driving product initiatives, commercial strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional execution. The role requires strong expertise in cloud networking, pricing, and stakeholder management to help shape product direction and business outcomes.

Product Management

- Drive product enhancements, launches, and portfolio optimization initiatives.

- Contribute to roadmap planning using market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop business cases and recommendations for new capabilities and service improvements.

- Track product performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Pricing &

- Commercials

- Lead pricing analysis and commercial modeling for MCC services.

- Drive cost optimization, margin management, and profitability assessments.

- Support strategic deals with pricing guidance and commercial viability analysis.

- Ensure compliance with financial governance and approval frameworks.

Cloud &

- Networking

- Apply strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud networking technologies.

- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on service evolution and solution validation.

- Support solution discussions involving cloud connectivity, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments.

- Monitor industry trends and recommend enhancements to the portfolio.

Stakeholder Management &





- Execution

- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing teams.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and execution across multiple programs.

- Present recommendations, performance updates, and business cases to senior stakeholders.

Documentation &

- Analytics

- Support product documentation, pricing collateral, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.

- Analyze customer, market, and business data to identify improvement opportunities.

- Develop executive presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong understanding of product management and service lifecycle processes.

- Advanced knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and multi-cloud environments.

- Strong commercial acumen in pricing, margin analysis, and business case development.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in Product Management, Cloud Networking, Managed Services, or Telecommunications.

- Experience with cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, multi-cloud, or managed network services.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms.

- MBA and relevant cloud/networking certifications preferred.
