About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer who can work across backend, frontend, cloud, and modernization initiatives — helping transform large-scale legacy enterprise applications into up-to-date, cloud-native systems.

What You'll Do

- Design and build backend services using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and Spring Security
- Develop and maintain production-grade React + TypeScript frontend applications




- Deploy and support applications on Azure/AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Modernize legacy Java (Java 8, Java EE, Apache Ant, XSLT) applications using incremental strategies like the Strangler Fig pattern
- Implement authentication/authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Work with SQL Server/PostgreSQL for data design and management
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, and on-call production support

What We're Looking For

- 6–13+ years of experience in Java full stack development
- Strong Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and React/TypeScript experience
- Hands-on cloud (Azure/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD exposure
- Experience modernizing legacy/monolithic systems
- Bonus: Exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ, Terraform/Bicep, Spring AI, MCP, or RAG/LLM integrations
