Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Lead Consultant with strong functional and techno-functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 in ERP Finance or SCM domain. The candidate should be capable of independently handling business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing delivery teams, and driving ERP implementations and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business users and leadership teams to understand business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), BRDs, solution documents, and process flows.
- Configure Oracle ERP modules and coordinate development activities.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Manage onsite/offshore teams and provide technical and functional guidance.
- Drive issue resolution, risk management, and project governance activities.




- Work closely with integration, reporting, and technical teams.
- Support UAT, SIT, deployment, and production stabilization activities.
- Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements and ERP optimization.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
- Strong business process understanding.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage a team of 3–10 consultants/developers.
- Experience in solution design and documentation.
- Knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Exposure to OIC, REST/SOAP APIs.
- PMP, Oracle certifications, or equivalent certifications.
