About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the printing and digital design industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Flex Banner Designing, Photo Frame Designing, Wedding & Invitation Card Designing, and should be confident in understanding and fulfilling customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design professional and creative Flex Banners, Posters, and Promotional Materials.
- Create attractive Photo Frame Designs and Customized Photo Products.
- Design Wedding Cards, Invitation Cards, Birthday Invitations, and Event Cards.
- Understand customer requirements and convert their ideas into professional designs.
- Sit with customers when required, understand their requirements, and make design changes according to their preferences.
- Handle customers professionally and communicate clearly regarding design requirements and modifications.
- Make necessary corrections and revisions based on customer feedback.
- Prepare designs according to printing specifications, sizes, bleed, resolution, and color requirements.
- Ensure all final designs are print-ready and error-free.
- Coordinate with the printing team to ensure accurate output.
- Manage multiple design orders and complete them within the required deadlines.
- Maintain creativity and quality while working under time constraints.




- Keep updated with current design trends, typography, layouts, and creative ideas.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Graphic Designing experience.
- Strong experience in Flex Banner Designing.
- Good experience in Photo Frame Designing.
- Hands-on experience in Wedding Card & Invitation Card Designing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of photo editing, background removal, retouching, color correction, and image enhancement.
- Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, DPI, image resolution, and print-ready files.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide creative design solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate We prefer candidates who have practical experience working in a printing press, digital printing shop, photo studio, or advertising/designing company.

Candidates who can communicate directly with customers, understand their requirements, suggest suitable design ideas, and deliver professional print-ready designs will be given preference.
