Onelav Ventures is an AI-native technology studio specializing in digital product engineering, artificial intelligence solutions, and enterprise automation. We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive to strengthen our HR operations and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End HR Cycle Management:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Engagement – driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Performance Management – implementing appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Learning & Development – coordinating training programs and skill enhancement workshops.
- HR Operations – attendance, payroll coordination, HRIS data management, compliance, and policy implementation.
- Exit Management – handling resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leadership and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Data-Driven HR: Utilize HR analytics to track KPIs, employee performance, and recruitment efficiency.




- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend automation or workflow enhancements.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of the complete HR cycle in IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in HR tools (ATS, Excel etc )
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, AI-driven technology environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience in IT industry.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
