Manage payroll activities including attendance validation, payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions, TDS, incentives and employee-related payroll queries.
Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities in line with approved manpower/headcount requirements
Check & review statutory compliance requirements covering PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, MLWF, Bonus and POSH, including challans, returns, records and employee benefits.
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts to ensure timely processing of salaries, incentives, statutory payments and critical vendor payments
Manage employee separation formalities, including Full & Final Settlement, relieving letters and experience letters
Pay: ₹15,220.09 - ₹40,251.82 per month
