This profile will be responsible to drive operational excellence by implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance equipment reliability, improve process efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize manpower utilization across manufacturing operations.
- Support for the Implementation of the operational excellence programs across the plant level.
- Support the department head in defining key measures of respective operations.
- Analysing statistical data using Minitab to interpret existing process conditions & deviation to top management.
