Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor, based in Bangalore with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves creating visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media assets, marketing collateral, logos, and brand elements. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, editing videos, preparing files for production or online publication, and ensuring consistency with brand identity across all content.

The Graphic

Designer + Video Editor will collaborate with marketing and content teams, participate in brainstorming sessions, and adapt designs based on feedback. The role also includes managing multiple projects,



meeting deadlines, and staying updated on design trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience producing visually appealing and cohesive layouts.
- Proficiency in Design and Branding, including developing and applying brand identities across different media.
- Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to select and combine typefaces for readability and impact.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools).
- Ability to edit and optimize video content for digital platforms, ensuring quality, pacing, and alignment with brand messaging.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work across various formats and channels.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good time management, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Kochi with some remote flexibility.
- Relevant education in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
