Role Description The Sr Engr - Automation role is a full-time position based in Coimbatore. This role involves leading automation and electrical engineering projects, including the design, configuration, and implementation of process control and industrial automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities includes optimizing control strategies, software development & supervising of commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting plant intelligence initiatives, preparing technical documentation,



and providing guidance to junior engineers and technicians. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering and Automation for industrial systems and control panels.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Process Control and Troubleshooting to diagnose, resolve, and optimize automation and control issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in Robotics and related automation technologies used in industrial environments.
- Candidates should have experience in commissioning, testing, and maintenance of industrial automation equipment and electrical systems preferably with Rockwell & Siemens Platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or a related discipline is desirable.
- Experience in industrial automation projects, preferably in manufacturing or process industries.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams.
