We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Electrical MEP Engineer to lead the electrical and related MEP engineering functions for our prestigious real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning of extra low voltage (ELV), lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and other electrical utilities, specifically within high-rise residential or large-scale commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of electrical MEP works at project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Design & Engineering Review: Review and coordinate electrical layouts, schematic drawings, load calculations, and single-line diagrams (SLDs) prepared by consultants.

Coordination & Integration: Ensure seamless multidisciplinary coordination between electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, and civil/structural teams.

Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise in office contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors. Review billing, measurement sheets, material approvals, and rate analyses.

Quality & Safety Compliance:



Implement stringent QA/QC procedures and ensure rigorous compliance with statutory electrical safety standards, NBC (National Building Code), and local electricity board regulations.

Testing & Commissioning: Lead the testing and commissioning of LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, sub-stations, rising mains, bus ducts, lighting protection, and ELV systems.

Liaisoning: Coordinate with local statutory authorities and electricity supply companies (e.g., MSEDCL, Adani, BEST, etc.) for temporary/permanent power connections and approvals.

Technical Skills:

Sound knowledge of local electrical codes, statutory regulations, and safety norms.

Proficiency in reading MEP drawings, AutoCAD, and relevant project management tools.

Hands-on experience with HT/LT distribution, transformers, switchgears, cabling, earthing, lighting, and ELV (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Fire Alarm) systems.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, vendor management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.
