As a Senior Data & Continuous Improvement Analyst at Kohler Co., you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives across various business units. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and enhance decision-making processes through data-driven insights.

Your role will involve analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and presenting findings to stakeholders.



You will play a key part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement statistical models to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with teams to define project goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to various stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on progress towards continuous improvement goals.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various reporting platforms.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiencies.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Experience with database management and data warehousing is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on improving processes.
