About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior

Brand Solutions Lead to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, ideation, and presentation skills, and will be adept at crafting innovative brand solutions across media, influencer marketing, digital films, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and effective project execution.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative, result-oriented brand and marketing solutions.
- Develop, present,



and pitch strategic branding and marketing campaigns aligned with client goals and market dynamics.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance brand visibility, strengthen market presence, and drive business growth.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and timely project delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights to strengthen brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and performance reports for ongoing and new projects.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of experience in client servicing, brand solutions, or media Sales: preferably within media, advertising, or digital agencies.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand storytelling and content-led marketing.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively across teams.

Compensation ₹8–15 LPA , depending on experience, skills, and overall fit
